A Chinese famille rose enamelled armorial porcelain plate, Qianlong period, of octagonal form, the centre depicting the arms of Rudge of Evesham within an iron red and gilt foliate scroll band and black outlined gilded spearhead rim, diameter 22cm (minor chips). Note: a similar plate is illustrated in David Sanctuary Howard's 'Chinese Armorial Porcelain', p.296.
