LOT 2015
A late Victorian Neoclassical Revival giltwood and gesso console table, the white veined marble top above a stop fluted frieze decorated with foliate scrolls and flowerheads, the stop fluted tapering legs with square balusters united by stretchers with stiff leaf bands, central urn and floral swags, height 92cm, width 171cm, depth 54cm (some repairs and restoration). Provenance: from the estate of the late John Young (1927-2017).
