A gold, ruby and seed pearl demi-parure, circa 1870, designed as a central overlapping petal flowerhead, claw set with a ruby within a surround of half-pearls bordered by engraved decoration, comprising an oval hinged bangle, inside width 5.5cm, a brooch, the back with a glazed locket compartment, diameter 3.4cm, and a pair of pendant earrings (one half-pearl lacking from one earring), within original fitted case.
