London: printed for Edward Husband, Feb. 15. 1647. 4to (166 x 123mm.) (Minor soiling, shaved with minor loss, affecting page numbers or catch words to some leaves.) Stitched. Modern cloth case and slipcase by Hatchards (slightly faded). Provenance: British Museum (Sale Duplicate inkstamp dated 1787 to the reverse of title).
