A Continental faience Toby jug, probably French, late 19th century, modelled seated holding a glass in his right hand and a jug in his left, wearing a green jacket and yellow trousers on a naturalistic base, blue painted 'FT' monogram to base, height 31cm (chip to side edge of base). Note: a similarly marked example was sold at Toovey's, 24th May 2006, Lot 1411.
