A Chinese famille rose export porcelain planter and stand, mark of Qianlong but 20th century, the planter of tapering cylindrical form with everted rim, finely painted with an assortment of flowers, including peonies, chrysanthemums, lotus and magnolia opposing eight lines of black text and iron red and gilt seal marks, above a band of lappet panels, each rim with turquoise ground border of flowers and foliage, iron red and gilt four character seal mark to base of stand, total height 23cm, diameter of stand 24.5cm.
