BAYLEY, F.W.N. The New Tale of a Tub… an Adventure in Verse. London: William S. Orr, 1850. Fourth edition. 7 plates, additional illustrated title. (Minor spotting.) [Bound with:] 'Beauty and the Beast' by Albert Smith, illustrated by Alfred Crowquill, [n.d. but circa 1840], 12 plates. [Bound with:] 'An Address to the Deil' by Robert Burns, 1830. [Bound with: Sixteen poems [n.p: n.d] with 16 coloured plates. [Bound with:] 'Captain Sword and Captain Pen' a poem by Leigh Hunt', 1835. [Bound with:] 'Postscript; containing Some Remarks on War and Military Statesmen'. 5 vols., in 1, 8vo (168 x 109mm.) Later half-calf over marbled paper boards with four raised bands to the spine, a black morocco lettering piece to the second compartment (rubbing to extremities). Provenance: Mary Edwards (name in ink to the front pastedown). - And six more literary volumes (including John Skelton's 'Poetical Works', 1843, 8vo) (7).
