ANTARCTICA. - Frank WILD. Shackleton's Last Voyage… the Story of 'The Quest'. London, New York, etc: Cassell and Co. Ltd., 1923. First edition, 8vo (231 x 154mm.) Coloured frontispiece, 50 plates from photographs. (Occasional moderate spotting.) Original blue cloth with pictorial image of 'The Quest' in black, white and gilt to upper cover (slight fading to spine, small split to cloth at base of spine, extremities rubbed). Provenance: Mabel Gordon Dill (inscription in ink to the front-free endpaper).
