A Victorian gold carbuncle garnet and rose cut diamond brooch of shaped oval form, the central oval carbuncle garnet mounted with a star set rose cut diamond within a beaded surround, the back glazed with a locket compartment, traces of registration lozenge to back, width 3.8cm.
