With preface from Aldus and another from Erasmus, Aldus device to title, colophon to last leaf, i8. (Mild toning.) 19th century brown morocco, double fillet with serrated gilt borders, five raised bands, lettering to the second compartment, intricate foliate gilt to the rest, g.e. Note: rare. The first Aldus edition of a translation of Euripides.
