London: Rogerus Nortonus, 1664. 12mo (142 x 89mm.) Elaborate decorative title, wood-engraved plate to rear. (Leaf repair to H8, occasional marginal damp-stain, contemporary ink names to O7.) Later half-calf, red morocco lettering piece to spine. Note: scarce. Provenance: James Wishere (ink name verso of title).
