MONCRIEFF, W.T. Tom and Jerry: Or, Life in London, an Operatic Extravaganza in Three Acts. London: John Cumberland, [n.d. but circa 1840.] 12mo (152 x 92mm.) Additional illustrated title, frontispiece, 2pp. publisher's advertisements to rear. (Spotting to preliminaries.) Later marbled-paper wrappers, paper label to spine. Note: Tom and Jerry was a play based on Egon Pierce's 'Life in London' published in 1821 and from there it became the name of an American cocktail involving eggnog. - And a quantity of volumes relating to poetry (including William Drummond's 'A Cypress Grove', 1905, 12mo) (a quantity).
