An elaborate Victorian silver gilt ewer of equestrian interest, the tapered body relief moulded with three horses' heads in circular panels against a scrolling ground, flanking a panel engraved 'Australian Hunters Cup, 3rd prize, won by Mr. A. Andersons 'Abdallah', 10th October, 1885', the shoulders with relief scrollwork, the high scroll handle surmounted by a female bust above stiff leaf detail beside the hinged lid, London 1884 by John Kilpatrick, height 44.5cm.
