First edition, 8vo (208 x 133mm.) 27 folding plates, numerous charts and illustrations. (Mild toning, light spotting to preliminaries.) Original blue cloth, gilt lettering to spine (spine ends bumped), dust-jacket (rubbing to extremities). Provenance: Gerald Druce (stamp to front-free endpaper). - And a quantity of train and railway related volumes (a quantity).
