A late 18th century gold mourning ring of glazed navette shaped form with a view of a gentleman standing beside a classical urn below a willow tree within a bright cut engraved border, the back engraved 'Joseph Else Obt 9 March 1780 Aet 49', ring size approx K1/2, length 3.2cm.
