An Indian Mughal brass ewer, 18th/19th century, the vertically ribbed tear shaped body with domed hinged lid and scroll handle, opposing a faceted scroll spout, on an engraved circular foot, height 28.5cm, together with an Islamic tinned copper ewer with domed hinged lid above a brass mounted scroll spout and brass handle, the globular body with engraved foliate motifs, height 27cm (some faults).
