An unusual opaline glass and gilt metal atomizer, early 20th century, the cylindrical milky white glass body enamelled and gilt with butterflies and foliage beneath the removable gilt metal cover in the form of a skep, raised on three ropetwist legs, the mechanism marked 'Made in France Breveté S.G.D.G', height 13cm (minor faults).
