A mid-20th century taxidermy specimen of a pike, preserved by 'J. Cooper & Sons, 78 Bath Road, Hounslow' (Griggs), the stuffed fish set within a pale green painted background and sprigs of conifer, the bowfront glazed case inscribed in gilt 'Pike. 20lbs 12ozs. Caught by Mr. L.R. Williams at Dedham Mill, Suffolk 5th March 1950', the interior bearing Cooper label, height 44.5cm, width 120cm.
