London: the Warehouseman & Drapers' Journal Office, [n.d. but circa 1882.] First edition in book form, 8vo (283 x 116mm.) 2pp. of publisher's advertisements to rear. (Light spotting to preliminaries and rear leaves, toning.) Original brown cloth, gilt lettering to upper cover and spine (rubbing to extremities, small marks to lower cover). Note: originally published in instalments in the 'Warehouseman & Drapers' Journal'.
