LOT 611
A mid-Victorian gold and garnet brooch, circa 1850, in an entwined looped design, mounted with oval cut garnets between floral and foliate engraved sides, fitted with pendant chains and a gold and garnet set oval pendant locket, the front mounted with two oval cut garnets within floral and foliate engraved surrounds, the back glazed with a woven hair locket compartment, brooch width 6.2cm, locket length 2.7cm (now detached from the brooch).
