Original publisher's maroon morocco, gilt borders surrounding ornate diamond design, gilt lettering to upper cover and spine, gilt turn-ins, g.e. (rubbed at top of spine). - And six further bindings (including James Thomson's 'The Seasons' bound by James Hayday, 1847, 8vo) (7).
