Title page vignette, numerous wood-engraved illustrations throughout. (Mild toning.) Modern brown half-morocco, green and brown morocco lettering pieces to the second and third compartments, elaborate repeating gilt to the rest. Note: comprises 'Histories' (2 volumes), 'Comedies' (2 volumes) and 'Tragedies' (2 volumes). - And a further set of leather-bound volumes ('Diary of John Evelyn', 4 vols., 1906, 8vo) (10).
