Folio, (374 x 231mm.) 5 folding colour maps and plans in rear pocket and numerous illustrations relating to the sale of 7,446 acres of the Leconfield Petworth Estate in West Sussex by the auctioneers Strutt & Parker, Lofts and Warner in July, 1957. (Mild toning.) Original grey card covers, black lettering to upper cover (wear to spine ends, spotting to covers). Note: held by the West Sussex record office but not by National Archives.
