BLACK, Adam and Charles (publisher). Black's General Atlas of the World. Edinburgh: Adam and Charles Black, 1867. New edition, folio (456 x 328mm.) Colour frontispiece of 'Flags of all the Nations', 56 colour maps, 70pp. index to rear. (A tear to f.f.e.p. and smaller one to title, pencil drawings verso of 'Sweden and Norway' map, browning, light spotting verso of the maps, occasionally to plate margins.) Original brown half-morocco, gilt lettering to upper and spine (rubbing to extremities, fading, seam split at top of spine).
