WHITTINGTON PRESS. - John O'CONNOR. The English Scene. Risbury, Herefordshire: Whittington Press, 2004. Limited edition, this number 51 of 200 copies initialled by the artist, folio (307 x 237mm.) 36 wood-engravings by John O'Connor, some with colour. Original red cloth-backed decorated paper-covered boards, paper-covered slip-case (mark to side panel). Note: John O'Connor initialled the colophon leaves in 2003 but died while the book was in press. - And a further volume by the Whittington Press (Edward and John Craig's 'Edward Gordon Craig: The Last Eight Years', 1983, 4to) (2).
