POETRY. - Thom GUNN. My Sad Captains. London: Faber and Faber, 1961. First edition, 8vo (218 x 134mm.) (Some numbers in ink counting the stresses, occasional spotting.) Original purple covers (bumped to spine ends), dust-jacket (some browning, split to spine panel). Provenance: G.S. Fraser, Scottish poet and critic (ink name to front-free endpaper). - And a further ten first edition volumes of poetry and criticism by Thom Gunn (including 'The Sense of Movement', 1957, 8vo) (11).
