BINDINGS. - Wilkie COLLINS. The Woman in White. Leipzig: Bernhard Tauchnitz, 1860. 2 vols., 8vo (153 x 108mm.) (Toning.) Contemporary blue half-marocco over marbled paper-covered boards, gilt titling to spines (rubbing to extremities). Note: published the same year as the first edition. Provenance: J. Pallitt (ink name inscribed to front-free endpapers); S.B. Andrews (pencil name to front-free endpaper). - And a further eleven volumes of Victorian literature (including Elizabeth Gaskell's 'Cranford', 1895, 8vo) (13).
