POETRY. - Herbert READ. The Innocent Eye. London: Faber and Faber, 1933. First edition, 8vo (221 x 139mm.) Initial blank with the illustration from a painting by Marc Chagall, 2 wood-engravings by Catherine de la Mare. (Mild toning, minor spotting to free-endpapers.) Original red cloth, dust-jacket (some chipping, small tear to top of spine). - And a further twenty-one volumes relating to poetry (including the Nonesuch Press 'Complete Works of Shakespeare', 4 vols., 1953, 8vo) (22).
