Numerous coloured and uncoloured illustrations from photographs by David Bailey, Helmut Newton, Annie Liebovitz, Norman Parkinson et al. Original pictorial cloth covers, acetate dust-jacket, slip-case (some scuffs and marks). - And a further three copies of the same volume, all signed (4).
