A Chinese polished bronze bombé censer, mark of Xuande but probably late Qing dynasty, the compressed circular body flanked by a pair of loop handles, cast six-character mark to base, weight 990g, width across handles 17cm, height 7.2cm, together with a hardwood stand, carved and pierced with a foliate scroll apron, diameter 14.5cm.
