A gold, amethyst, rose cut diamond and seed pearl necklace, the front with the principal heart shaped amethyst with a rose cut diamond set trefoil shaped surmount, the sides mounted with two rows of three graduated heart shaped amethysts, on a trace link neckchain with a cylindrical clasp, length 38cm, with a case.
