A 17th century Nuremberg ironwork casket, the domed lid with oval loop handle applied to a central strap mount issuing a hinged lock clasp, height 9.8cm, width 12cm, together with a similar 17th century Nuremberg ironwork casket, the hinged lid with loop handle and lock cover, the body with remnants of finely engraved decoration, on ball feet, height 7.2cm, width 11.6cm.
