FLEMING, Ian. For Your Eyes Only. London: Jonathan Cape, 1960. First edition, first printing, 8vo (189 x 118mm.) (Toning, small stain to corner of front-free endpaper.) Original black cloth, the eye motif to upper cover, gilt lettering to spine (spine ends bumped, rubbing to lower extremities), dust-jacket (browning and chipping to extremities). Note: the dust-jacket with the price of 15s on the inner flap. Provenance: London Press Exchange, the advertising agency that did work for the government during WW2, before merging with the American agency, Leo Burnett (bookplate to the front-free endpaper).
