Numerous advertisements, some in colour, seven tabbed dividers. (Browning, occasional creasing, loss to five tabs-ends, front-free endpaper loose.) Original pictorial cloth with mounted paper map to upper cover (some splitting to spine panel, fading, rubbing to extremities). Note: rare. A huge compendium of mainly business information relating to India and Burma, covering lists of trades, professions, industries, tariffs, and hundreds of advertisements, including advertisements on the spine panel for malaria cures and, inside, an advertisement for the book itself where it says 'your desk is incomplete without a copy'.
