Ayton Symington, 10pp. publisher's advertisements to rear, dated October 1896. (Browning to pastedowns, lacking front-free endpaper.) Original red cloth, pictorial gilt to upper cover (browning to spine, light rubbing). Note: first text page is p.3. - And a further eleven volumes by H.G. Wells (including 'The War in the Air', 1908, 8vo) (12).
