Numerous coloured and uncoloured photographic illustrations, drawings and tipped-in samples. (Toning.) Original blue cloth-backed paper-covered boards, lettering to spine, publisher's brown cloth-covered clamshell box, paper label mounted to spine (some fading to spine). Provenance: 'Marco' (gift inscribed by in pencil on the front-free endpaper); Geoffrey and Gillian Chipperfield (name-plate to the front pastedown).
