Large paper edition, 4to (253 x 155mm.) 4pp. publisher's advertisement bound-in, engraved frontispiece with tissue-guard, 1 engraved folding plan, 18 engraved plates with tissue-guards, including 1 plate in red and black. (Toning, occasional browning, front and rear blanks replaced.) 20th century black half-morocco over marbled paper-covered boards, gilt lettering to spine, bound by John Gardner (endpapers replaced). - And a related volume (Henry Cousins's 'Hastings of Bygone Days- And the Present', 1920, 8vo) (2).
