LANDSEER, Thomas (engraver). Engravings of Lions, Tigers, Panthers, Leopards, Dogs, &c. London: Henry G. Bohn, 1853. 4to (322 x 243mm.) 39 steel-engraved plates after designs by Rubens, Rembrandt, Stubbs, Spilsbury and Edwin Landseer. (Browning, light to moderate spotting, marginal damp-staining.) Original brown cloth, blind-stamped and decorative gilt to upper cover (wear and some loss to tail of spine panel, damp-spotting to spine, rubbing to extremities).
