General title with woodcut border, NT title also dated 1616, full-page woodcut frontispiece of Adam & Eve, numerous woodcut illustrations, black letter and double-column text throughout, initials and ornaments, with Apocrypha and Psalms of David and 'The Booke of Common Prayer' with woodcut title bound at front, also dated 1616. (Occasional browning, marginal damp-staining between D2-E6 and between Rrrr3-Rrrr5, printing error to Cc2, a few marginal paper repairs, larger repair to Ggg3, lacking rear four leaves of the 'Tables' to rear, Fffff-Fffff4, two small holes to Adam & Eve frontispiece, unidentified name inscribed verso NT title.) [Bound with:] 'The Whole Booke of Psalmes'. London: for the Companie of Stationers, 1624. (Browning, marginal damp-staining, name verso the title.)
