NEW TESTAMENT, In English. The New Testament in English Translated by John Wycliffe circa MCLXXX, now first printed from a contemporary Manuscript formerly in the Monastery of Sion, Middlesex. London: by Charles Whittingham for William Pickering, 1848. 4to (227 x 153mm.) Frontispiece, title in red and black. (Spotting to frontispiece, crease to rear blank.) Contemporary calf, elaborately blind-tooled with red morocco lettering piece to the spine, bronze bosses and clasps, g.e. (rubbing to extremities, lower joint seam splitting).
