BINDINGS. The Holy Bible Containing the Old and New Testaments. Cambridge: at the Pitt Press by John Smith, 1836. 4to (253 x 164mm.) (Some spotting to preliminaries, browning to margins.) Near contemporary carved wooden oak boards with foliate tendrils around a raised oval in the centre with gilt titling (rubbed corners). - And a further four leather-bound Bibles (including 'The Holy Bible… illustrated…by Robert Dudley', 1862, 4to) (5).
