Wilford, 1720. 8vo (193 x 114mm.) Engraved portrait frontispiece of the Duke of Ormond, appendix to rear and 1p. publisher's advertisement verso last leaf. (Occasional corner crease, text affected by spotting to N8, occasional thereafter.) Contemporary panelled calf, red morocco lettering piece to the spine (moderate rubbing to extremities, upper cover loosening). Note: the supplement to Clarendon's 'History of the Rebellion and Civil Wars in England' published 1702-04. Provenance: Mary Catharine Burt (ink name to front pastedown); L.C.
