Limited edition, this being number 262 of 750 copies with a signed print by the artist, 4to (327 x 242mm.) 8 tipped-in colour plates by Victo Ngai, numerous illustrations in the text. Original blue cloth with pictorial cloth panel to upper cover, contained within the original blue cloth solander box with a commentary volume containing essays by W.G. Archer, Hanif Kureishi and John Keay (occasional mark to the box).
