Mathey silver cased keywind open-faced lady's fob watch with signed gilt jewelled cylinder movement, the inner and outer case back interiors detailed 'Fine Silver 46845', the signed engine turned silvered dial with gilt Roman numerals, the case with engraved decoration, case diameter 3.7cm, total weight 36g, with a key.
