A near pair of Chinese blue and white porcelain ginger jars and covers, late Qing dynasty, each ovoid body and domed cover painted with opposing phoenixes amidst scrolling lotus and tendrils, underglaze blue double ring to bases, height 22cm (one with chip and hairline to rim).
