Virtue, [n.d. circa 1840.] 2 vols., 4to (272 x 210mm.) 118 engraved plates, 1 engraved map, additional engraved titles. (Toning.) Original blind-stamped green cloth, gilt vignettes to upper covers and spines, g.e. (spine seam split at base of volume 1, light rubbing to extremities). - And a further four illustrated volumes (including Tallis's 'History and Description of the Crystal Palace and the Exhibition of the World's Industry in 1851', 3 vols., [n.d. 1851], 4to, and a copy of Izaak Walton's 'The Compleat Angler' illustrated by James Thorpe, [n.d. 1911], 4to) (6).
