Sold by Auction at Newcastle-Upon-Tyne. London: Field & Tuer, [1885]. 4to (282 x 213mm.) Numerous full-page wood-engraved illustrations, 5pp. publisher's advertisements to rear. (Browning, spotting to preliminaries.) Original half blue cloth over marbled paper-covered boards, paper label mounted to upper cover (rubbing to all extremities, minor soiling). - And a further seventeen volumes relating to Bewick (including Robert Robinson's 'Thomas Bewick, His Life and Times', 1887, 4to, and Nigel Tattersfield's 'The Complete Illustrative Works', 3 vols., 2011, 4to) (18).
