Folio (346 x 249mm.) 20th century colour plate as frontispiece, 3 later plates mounted and bound-in as replacements, 4 engraved headpieces, 1 facsimile of Nelson's hand-writing, 1 double-paged plate, 3 engraved plates, 1 aquatint headpiece to rear, 1p. publisher's advertisement to rear. (Lacking original frontispiece, lacking originals of 3 plates, no hand-colouring, occasional spotting and browning.) Near contemporary red morocco over marbled paper-covered boards (rubbing, dust-soiling). - And a further volume (Charles Fearne's 'The Trial of the Honourable Admiral John Byng', 1757, 4to) (2).
