First edition, 8vo (213 x 132mm.) 2pp. publisher's advertisements to rear. (Toning.) 20th century green morocco bound by Henry Sotheran Ltd, triple fillet gilt to covers, two red morocco lettering pieces to the second and third compartments of the spine, foliate tooling to the rest, gilt turn-ins, t.e.g. (slight fading to upper cover). Provenance: Clement Parish (bookplate to the front pastedown); 'H.F.L.' (gift inscribed to on front-free endpaper). Provenance: from the estate of the late Frank Warren.
