Limited edition, this being one of 35 copies only, 4to (295 x 191mm.) 3 folding genealogies to rear. (Small stamps to several leaves and to title, an ink line across p.145, toning.) Original vellum-backed boards (wear to all extremities, label residue to base of spine). Provenance: Crawley Reference Library (label to front pastedown); Worthing Library (label to front pastedown). - And a further twenty-one volumes relating to Sussex, all ex-library (including William H. St. John Hope's 'Cowdray and Easebourne Priory', 1919, folio) (22).
